Having previously worked in Recruitment and Event Management,  Jo is all too familiar with the stress and pressure that corporate life and being desk bound can put us under. Also having experienced some of lifes truly challenging experiences of divorce and loss of a parent at a young age, she truly understands through personal experience the immense relief that a yoga practice can bring not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too.


It's not just the physical practice of Yoga that can ease mind and body but the other components of the yoga practice of breathwork and mindfulness.
