What is included in your class pass?

  • Join me for eight live sessions via Zoom -  Mon 7-8:15pm or Thurs 6.45-8pm

  • 2 exclusive recorded sessions

  • Personal log in via the website

  • Access to recorded - live classes designed for you to enjoy in your own time when you need that oh-so-delightful moment of calm!

When does the class pass begin?

  • Super flexi self care starts here, as you can start your class pass anytime and join us whenever works for you for a rolling 10week period. 

How much is it?

  • Investment is ONLY £82!

 

What's the class schedule for the upcoming weeks?  

w/c 31 Aug, 7,14,21,28 September we'll be exploring the 1st limb of yoga

w/c 5,12,19,26 Oct & 2 Nov we'll explore the 2nd limb of yoga

 

* No live classes w/c 21 Sept & w/c 19 Oct so hop online and do your recorded classes! *

During your 10 week class pass journey, we'll blend gorgeous yoga flow with mindfulness and meditation to leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed and ready to live a vibrant life full of joy and radiant health with those around you.

Other info:

  • Drop in is available £10 per class - please message me if you've been financially affected by the situation as donations are welcome

  • ​Class passes are non refundable / non transferable *

  • Class pass valid for 10weeks from date of activation

  • One class pass per evening class - you can of course buy two passes one for each evening!

  • Please note payment for the class will confirm your place and a class fee will be charged if less than 24hours notice of cancellation is given **

  • All you need to join a class is:

  • A Zoom account - it's free - hurrah! zoom.us/signup

  • space for your mat

  • a phone, tablet or laptop - you can hook up to your tv too just make sure you can see from your mat

  • If you've any yoga props, bring them if not then grab a cushion or pillow, 2 or 3 hardback books and a tie or fabric belt if you have one - none of which are essential we shall make do don't worry!
