"My husband describes me as a ‘feeder’ and he is my chief taste tester as I write my own recipes. I LOVE to eat and my ideal student is anyone who loves eating too.
I am passionate about sharing healthy recipes and meal ideas that have maximum flavour and make veg the hero (the centre of lunches and dinners) while having fun.

I’ve had lots of success with families joining in to my online classes - they want to have fun cooking and eating together plus they’re looking for inspiration after becoming bored with rotating the same meals every week. They have a curiosity about trying new ingredients and learning recipes they can easily repeat."
