During the two hours of precious YOU TIME, I’ll guide you throo gentle movement to warm the body into sun salutes and get our glow on! Then my favourite yoga poses sequenced in a way to leave your body feeling energised, your worries melted away and mind empowered.

 

We’ll also spend time exploring the power of breath. As I know our nervous systems all need soothing , we will use my favourite go to & truly transformative breathwork practice which will bring us all back home to a place of calm and safety.

 

Finally, we shall go super luxe on the relaxation, focussing the mind on letting go of all the week’s “stuff” leaving you truly relaxed, restored & transformed.

Join Steve & I for 2hrs of YOU TIME.

Steve will guide you through a Qi Gong standing sequence of beautiful calming movements then bring you to the seated practice of Yin Yoga = bliss!

I will guide you though a beautiful breathwork practice - pranamyama, where you can experience the power of breath and how it can to soothe your worries and anxieties away. Something you can then take with you to use whenever you feel the need to find calm 

Finally, I’ll take you into a deep guided relaxation using restorative yoga focussing the mind on letting go of all the week’s “stuff” leaving you truly relaxed, restored & transformed.
