Jo, Steve & Jen are excited to share "Living in Balance" day retreat

at the beautiful Henley Yoga Studio.

We will take you on a personal guided tour through our favourite go to practices of Hatha Yoga, Qi Gong, Pranayama with Meditation and Yin & Restorative Yoga, all of which will enhance clear thinking, well-being and deep healing for mind, body & soul.

To keep our energy vibrant, Jen has devised a nutrient packed day of delicious food including her infamous cake, so we'll be radiating health long after the day is through. 


Jo will guide you through a mindful & soothing Yin & Restorative Yoga practice with pranayama & meditation. Special focus will be made on deep rest and the deep healing that occurs from this state of being. She will also share self esteem boosting techniques using positive affirmation & mantra.

Steve will deliver a moving meditation with Qi Gong and slow flow Yoga practice showing how these two ancient practices blend beautifully to calm and re-energise the body. 


Our Recipe creatrix and kitchen goddess once again has created a vegan & gluten free menu of dishes and cakes for us to devour with glee throughout the day!
