A holistic approach 

My name’s Jo, and I’m not here to lecture you on the way you should live, the things you should eat, the number of hours you should dedicate to your practice. I’m honest, open and bring a sense of humour to our goal of helping you grow into the best version of you yet and will continue to be!  

 

In my world everybody lives a yogic life of positivity with vibrant energy and radiant health. I’m no stranger to life’s trials and tribulations and through experiencing many, I’ve learned how powerful it can be to transform your way of living and thinking, to embrace this yogic way of being.

I live my life by….

If my friends described me, they’d probably say I’m the one who can’t help but adopt dogs or house plants for that matter in need (who can resist..right?!), or found with my yoga mat under my arm and favourite crystal in hand ready to practice. I live for fresh air and find my nourishment out in nature.  When I find myself relaxing and taking time for me I love reading, movies binge-ing Queer Eye or thought provoking, call to action doco’s. Making people feel good and seeing them learning and growing as I continue to do myself is my raison d’etre. I follow a vegan diet and love sharing fab recipes along the way alongside health and nutrition tips. I’m against animal cruelty and won’t support animal testing in any way. I’m a sucker for the incredible energy of crystals and own a good few house plants too. But more than anything, I love surrounding myself with people who make me feel good. I love my job wholeheartedly, because I love unlocking a yogic lifestyle for my clients. What’s not to love.
